Trevor Fabian

Executive Director

Trevor Fabian serves as Executive Director of LifeCampUSA, where he oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth. Working alongside the leadership team, he is committed to building a ministry that faithfully serves children for years after camp and ensures that no child who loses a parent in service walks through grief alone.

Trevor medically retired from the United States Air Force in 2021 after more than 11 years of service. He began his Air Force career as a SERE Specialist before commissioning as a Special Tactics Officer in Air Force Special Warfare, where he led Combat Control teams on Special Operations missions around the world. Following his military service, Trevor earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business before building his career in investment banking and executive leadership within private equity-backed companies. In 2026, he returned to serve the military community full time through LifeCampUSA, bringing together experience leading Special Operations teams, helping grow businesses, and serving children and families navigating the loss of a father.

Trevor’s faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of his life and leadership. He believes every child deserves to know they are deeply loved, that their story matters, and that they were created with purpose. Trevor lives in Wisconsin with his wife, Meghan, their two Border Collies, Brego and Harley, and they are eagerly preparing to welcome their first daughter.

Faith Cecil

Operations Coordinator

Faith graduated from Clemson University with a Parks and Recreation degree. Before joining LifeCampUSA, Faith had worked with four other Camp and Conference Centers, which furthered her excitement for the industry and allowed her to learn from each team she was a part of. Faith is passionate about summer camp ministry and the way the Gospel is spread, and lives can be changed when kids have the opportunity to go outside and see the Creator in His creation. Faith currently lives in North Carolina with her Husband, Sam, who serves as an Artillery Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

David Sigmon

LifeCare Youth Director

David graduated high school and began pursuing a degree in youth ministry at Liberty University. David served as the youth pastor at a church plant in his hometown for seven years. After transitioning out of full-time ministry, he worked as a project manager for a defense contractor before becoming a full-time fitness trainer. Now, he and his wife, Tiffany, run a photography business together, and he works at LifeCampUSA. His passion for the outdoors, ministry, and mentoring students led him to LifeCamp, where he’s excited to help boys experience the love of Christ. He and his wife have a daughter, Charlee, and live in Gloucester, Virginia.

Jake Southern

LifeCampUSA Chaplain

Jake served in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Sergeant from 2007-2012, where he completed two combat deployments in support of both, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. During his time in the Army, he met his wife Susan. They have been married for 15 years. They have two sons, Mack and Colt, and currently live in Kansas City, Missouri. After serving in the Army Jake pursued a career as a Journeyman Lineman working on high voltage powerlines. After years of struggling with PTS, substance abuse and suicidal ideation, He and his wife were invited to Operation Heal our Patriots in Alaska. It was there that they heard the good news of God’s grace and were reconciled to God through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Since that time in July of 2020, Jake has been on a desperate and passionate pursuit of the truth, the Word of God. He has been transformed by the love of God, and longs to help others see and believe in the love God has for them.
